Our whole beef fillets offer superb versatility and flavour, expertly prepared by our butchers to give you a premium cut that’s perfect for any occasion. Known for its tenderness and fine texture, beef fillet is ideal for steaks, roasting, or creating impressive dishes at home.

We offer two size options to suit different needs and budgets:

Extra Large Fillets 2.3-2.7KG – These are our top-quality cuts, sourced to Castle Estate restaurant-quality standard, offering outstanding consistency, exceptional tenderness, and a superior finish. Perfect for special occasions or when only the very best will do.

Smaller Fillets 1.4-1.8KG– Not the same grade as our extra large fillets, but still a great all-round option, offering the natural tenderness and flavour you’d expect. Ideal for everyday meals, smaller portions, or great-value steak cuts without compromising on enjoyment.

Every fillet is professionally trimmed to ensure you get the most from your purchase, with minimal waste and maximum enjoyment.

How will my order be packaged?:

We use an insulated chilled packaging system to keep your meat cold and fresh whilst out for delivery. The packaging ensures the correct temperature will be maintained for up to 48 hours although the delivery process takes a maximum of only 24 hours. All items are vacuum sealed and fully labelled with use by dates and a full ingredients list.

Super Chilled DPD tracked delivery:

Order by 12 midday to receive your delivery the next day* in our Super Chilled boxes! With our premium delivery service provided by DPD you will receive:

Full order tracking and notifications for your delivery,
including a 30 minute time slot sent via text or email on the day of delivery.

Not going to be in? With the free DPD app, you have the option to have your parcel left with a neighbour or in a specified safe place at your address, saving you the time of waiting in for a delivery.

*Next day available for orders placed before 12 midday Tuesday-Friday, for orders placed Saturday-Monday (inclusive), delivery will be the following Wednesday. In the rare event that we are unable to source fresh stock at short notice, there may be one day delay on delivery for your order, which we will notify you by phone or by email.
