Absolutely. We only use British, grass-fed, Minimum 28-day aged beef.

📏 Are all steaks the same size?

No. Steaks vary in size and can range from approximately 100g to 280g.

🔪 Are all steaks the same thickness?

No. Your pack may contain thick-cut steaks, thinner steaks, or a mixture of both. This helps us create unbeatable wholesale value while still delivering premium quality.

❌ Can I choose specific cuts?

Sorry, no. These are mixed wholesale packs and cuts are selected at random.

📦 How are they packed?

Every steak is individually vacuum packed in freezer-friendly packaging, making storage simple and convenient.

❄️ Fresh or Frozen?

Steaks arrive fresh or fresh. Perfectly suitable for freezing at home.

Please Note: We aim to supply the selected box weight as accurately as possible. However, due to natural variations in product sizes and packing, the total weight may be slightly over or under the stated weight.

📦 Delivery:
Your order will be sent ASAP, and you’ll receive full tracking information the moment it’s dispatched. On the morning of delivery, you’ll get a text message with your delivery time slot, so you know exactly when your steaks are arriving.

How will my order be packaged?:

We use an insulated chilled packaging system to keep your meat cold and fresh whilst out for delivery. The packaging ensures the correct temperature will be maintained for up to 48 hours although the delivery process takes a maximum of only 24 hours. All items are vacuum sealed and fully labelled with use by dates and a full ingredients list.

Super Chilled DPD tracked delivery:

Order by 12 midday to receive your delivery the next day* in our Super Chilled boxes! With our premium delivery service provided by DPD you will receive:

Full order tracking and notifications for your delivery,
including a 30 minute time slot sent via text or email on the day of delivery.

Not going to be in? With the free DPD app, you have the option to have your parcel left with a neighbour or in a specified safe place at your address, saving you the time of waiting in for a delivery.

*Next day available for orders placed before 12 midday Tuesday-Friday, for orders placed Saturday-Monday (inclusive), delivery will be the following Wednesday. In the rare event that we are unable to source fresh stock at short notice, there may be one day delay on delivery for your order, which we will notify you by phone or by email.
