Sizes available: 4-4.5kg, 4.5-5kg, 5-5.5kg and 5.5-6kg.

Roasting tip: bring the joint to room temperature, season well, sear the fat side in a hot pan, then roast low and slow and rest for at least 20 minutes before carving. Best enjoyed pink in the middle.

How will my order be packaged?:

We use an insulated chilled packaging system to keep your meat cold and fresh whilst out for delivery. The packaging ensures the correct temperature will be maintained for up to 48 hours although the delivery process takes a maximum of only 24 hours. All items are vacuum sealed and fully labelled with use by dates and a full ingredients list.
