You will receive approximately 4.5kg of brisket joints, made up of individual joints weighing between 900g and 1.3kg each, so expect around 3 to 5 joints depending on the sizes on the day.

Each joint is a handy family size, so you can roast one and freeze the rest.

How will my order be packaged?:

We use an insulated chilled packaging system to keep your meat cold and fresh whilst out for delivery. The packaging ensures the correct temperature will be maintained for up to 48 hours although the delivery process takes a maximum of only 24 hours. All items are vacuum sealed and fully labelled with use by dates and a full ingredients list.
