However, because these are bulk vac-packed boxes, we cannot guarantee the exact weight breakdown of each steak type. The total weight of your box (5kg, 10kg or 20kg) is guaranteed. The split between sirloin, rump and ribeye will vary box to box.

Delivery & packaging information

How will my order be packaged?:

We use an insulated chilled packaging system to keep your meat cold and fresh whilst out for delivery. The packaging ensures the correct temperature will be maintained for up to 48 hours although the delivery process takes a maximum of only 24 hours. All items are vacuum sealed and fully labelled with use by dates and a full ingredients list.

Order by 12 midday to receive your delivery the next day* in our Super Chilled boxes! With our premium delivery service provided by DPD you will receive:

Full order tracking and notifications for your delivery,
including a 30 minute time slot sent via text or email on the day of delivery.

Not going to be in? With the free DPD app, you have the option to have your parcel left with a neighbour or in a specified safe place at your address, saving you the time of waiting in for a delivery.

*Next day available for orders placed before 12 midday Tuesday-Friday, for orders placed Saturday-Monday (inclusive), delivery will be the following Wednesday. In the rare event that we are unable to source fresh stock at short notice, there may be one day delay on delivery for your order, which we will notify you by phone or by email.

Mixed feedback on this steak box. Customers said "lovely steaks" and "fantastic" when satisfied, praising quality and value. However, inconsistency is a major concern - some received off-cuts instead of premium cuts, meat "on the turn," or packaging with all steaks mixed together rather than separately packed. Service issues and delivery problems also reported.

I refuse to use these now. I got 2 5 kg of off cut rump chunks. I emailed and was ignored. It's not the first time. I bought a mix pack and half had 1 day on which was already on the turn. However a few of the other orders I can't complain. Service is awful and too hit and miss. You won't even see this review because they hide the 1 star reviews (problem solved... Not a 3 star it's a 1*)

Good meat, but its all put into a large pack with all the steak mixed up and is not in seperate package, id have been happier with 3 different steaks to be individually packed, it cost a lot of money so i dont think im asking for too much.

This used to be a great company. Excellent product great service and good prices. After my most recent experience I will not be shopping with them again. First I ordered and they did not ship as promised then they promised a later shipment which also did not arrive . On the 3rd attempt they delivered but the meat was terrible (tasted like sour milk). The only way to get support is through WhatsApp which is responded to by a very friendly AI that doesn't actually do anything. When I finally reached a human called Alex. He promised to look into the issue. So far no response ( a week later).
I will be starting the chargeback process later today.
Hear my warning and do not buy from this company unless and until they get their act together

Did not like the 10kg meat pack, majority of it was rump and pretty much off cuts. The flavour was not like previous buys so just using it to make biltong instead of BBQ. Personally i wont buy this offer again. Previous buys of other products were much better quality
