What do your steak packs include?

Steak packs include a wide range of premium beef cuts. Options may include sirloin, ribeye, rump, fillet, T-Bone, Tomahawk, Picanha and Chateaubriand. Whole joints and bulk steak boxes are also available. Some bundles combine steaks with chicken fillets for added variety.

Are your steaks fresh or frozen?

All steaks are supplied fresh and prepared before dispatch. Many are vacuum sealed and blast chilled. All products are suitable for home freezing.

Are your steaks aged for tenderness?

Yes. Many cuts are 28-day matured, including sirloin, ribeye, fillet and rump. Ageing improves tenderness and deepens flavour.

Do you offer bulk steak packs?

Yes. We supply bulk and wholesale steak boxes for families, catering and meal prep. Options include 2kg–8kg packs and larger wholesale quantities. Bulk packs offer better value per kilo.

Can I buy whole cuts of steak to slice at home?

Yes. Whole sirloin, ribeye, fillet and rump joints are available. Cuts are fully trimmed and ready to portion to your preferred thickness.

What is a Tomahawk steak?

A Tomahawk is a ribeye left on a long bone. It is known for rich marbling, intense flavour and strong presentation. Sizes typically range from 600g to 1.6kg.

Do you offer lean steak options?

Yes. Lean options include trimmed rump, centre-cut rump and lean quick-fry steaks. These provide high protein with lower fat content.

Are marbled steaks available?

Yes. Selected products offer higher marbling levels, including aged ribeye and marbled sirloin packs. More marbling enhances juiciness and flavour.

How many steaks are in bulk packs?

Quantity depends on weight and cut. For example, 3kg packs may contain 12–16 steaks, while 8kg boxes can produce 28–30 steaks. Exact numbers depend on steak thickness.
