All beef is prepared fresh and packed to order. Orders are sealed and dispatched using temperature-controlled packaging to keep the meat in optimal condition during transit. Most deliveries arrive within 24 hours, and our packaging is designed to keep beef fresh for up to 48 hours from dispatch.
Our beef packs are vacuum sealed to lock in freshness and prevent contamination. Each order is packed in insulated packaging with cooling materials to maintain a safe temperature throughout delivery. This method helps preserve quality, texture and flavour from our preparation area to your doorstep.
Once delivered, beef packs should be placed straight into the fridge and stored according to the use-by date on the packaging. If you do not plan to use the beef immediately, it can be frozen on the day of delivery. Vacuum sealing makes out beef suitable for freezing without compromising quality.
