Delivery Information
Super fresh, super chilled.
Daily fresh meats cut and prepared to order by our highly skilled butchers, on your doorstep the very next day (if you order by midday).
We carefully package your order in our specially designed chilled and insulated boxes, with ice gel packs ensuring your meat will remain nice and chilled for up to 48 hours (although in most cases your order will arrive to you in less than 24!).

We proudly use DPD as our delivery partner, voted the nations favourite parcel delivery company for the eighth year running.
To benefit from the fantastic live delivery updates and tracking updates that DPD has to offer, we strongly recommend that you download the free DPD app, available on iOS and android. Click here to be directed to the DPD website.
On the morning of your delivery, usually by 11am, you will receive a one hour time slot for your delivery via text or email. When your delivery is coming up next, you'll then receive a 'your next' notification, so you'll know to expect your delivery driver soon.
What if I'm not going to be in?
No problem! You can provide updates such as 'leave in a specified safe place' or 'deliver to my neighbour' straight from the DPD app.
Please note: To avoid complications we recommend that you choose a day/time that someone can be in to receive your order, if your order is left in your chosen safe place, this is entirely at your own risk and we cannot accept liability for this once the delivery has been made. If you aren't in and you haven't provided alternative delivery instructions, your delivery driver may leave your order in what they deem to be a safe place (this will be at their discretion).
